This Privacy Notice for California Residents ("CA Privacy Notice") supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, purchasers, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("California Consumers" or "you") and who use our Platform. It is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA").
If you are an end-use customer of one of the brands, practitioners, or platforms we serve (our "Partners"), OK Capsule processes your information as a service provider on that Partner's behalf. Please direct requests to the Partner you purchased from; we support our Partners in fulfilling verified requests.
I. Information We Collect About Our California Consumers
In the past twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information about California Consumers. For each category, the table describes how we collect it, how we use it, the categories of recipients to whom it is disclosed for a business purpose, and whether it is "sold" or "shared" as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

We do not collect biometric information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16 years of age, and we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Retention. We retain each category of personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to comply with the record-keeping obligations applicable to a cGMP-certified, FDA-registered manufacturer, and then delete or de-identify it, as described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
II. Your Rights as a California Consumer
Opting Out of Sales and Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise this right through the link in our Website footer, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out request.
Limiting Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA, so no separate limitation mechanism is required. If our practices change, we will update this Notice and provide a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" mechanism.
Your Access Rights
You have the right to request from us: (1) the categories of personal information we have collected about you; (2) the categories of sources from which it was collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing it; (4) the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it; and (5) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Your Correction Rights
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Your Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions (including records we are required to retain under manufacturing, quality, and other legal obligations). Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights listed above, please submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing privacy@okcapsule.com or calling 1-530-212-0004. You are not required to have an account to submit a request. We will verify your request using the information you provide, and we may need to request additional information to verify your identity; we will only use that information for verification. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing the agent with written permission and verifying your own identity with us. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by law.
Non-Discrimination Policy
California residents who exercise these rights will not be denied goods or services, charged different prices, or provided a different level or quality of goods or services because they exercised their rights.
Shine the Light Disclosure
You may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, email privacy@okcapsule.com.
III. Changes to Our Privacy Notice for California Residents
This CA Privacy Notice is effective as of the date stated above. We may change it from time to time and will post any changes on the Platform. Please refer back to this notice on a regular basis.
