This Privacy Notice For California Residents ("CA Privacy Notice") supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy ("we," "us," or "our") and applies solely to visitors, purchasers, users, and others who reside in the State of California ("California Consumers" or "you" or "users") and who use our Platform.

II. Your Rights as a California Consumer
Opting Out of "Sales"
You have the right to opt out of our sale(s) of your personal information.
Your Access Rights
You have the right to request from us: (1) the categories of personal information we have collected about you; (2) the categories of sources from which it was collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling it; (4) the categories of third parties with whom we share it; and (5) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
To the extent we use any of your personal information for a business purpose, you have the right to request that we disclose: (1) the categories of personal information we collect about you; (2) the categories sold and the categories of third parties to whom it was sold; and (3) the categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose.
Your Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights listed above, please submit a verifiable consumer request — which must include your full name, email address, and phone number — by emailing privacy@okcapsule.com or calling 1-530-212-0004. You may submit a request to opt out of the sale(s) of your personal information through the "Do Not Sell My Info" form. You are not required to have an account to submit a request. We may need to request additional information to verify your identity.
Non-Discrimination Policy
California residents that exercise such rights will not be denied any goods or services, charged different prices, or be provided a different level of goods or services unless those differences are related to your personal information.
Shine the Light Disclosure
You may request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
Minors' Right to Opt In
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of minors under 16.

This CA Privacy Notice is effective as of the date stated above. We may change it from time to time and will post any changes on the Platform. Please refer back to this notice on a regular basis.
